Tricia Harmon is called to minister to the brokenhearted and empower the overlooked and marginalized through the transformative power of Chirst and biblical truth. As newly appointed COO and Vice President for CBMI Mission Church, Director of Media and Communication, an International Chaplain and published author, Tricia has dedicated her life to serving her Lord in ministries, residential rehab organizaitons, returning citizens, ministry leaders, and communities dedicated to transformation. With over 30 years as a missionary, church planter, she has walked alongside countless individuals, witnessing the Lord’s redemptive grace turn ashes into beauty across inner cities, rural landscapes, and international mission fields.
As wife to Scott, Momma to 7 grown children and 2 bonus children, 9 grandchildren, she is Christian critical thought and trauma-care specialist, and Bible teacher, Tricia brings a wealth of expertise to her work, blending empathy and prophetic insight with unshakable faith to guide others toward healing. Her journey has been marked by personal trials—navigating betrayal, journeying with daughters through their sexual trauma, and family members being incarcerated—yet she attributes every step to the Lord’s faithfulness, saying, “God has authenticated and prepared me for ministry. ” Her media presence, and productions including commercial print, film, keynote, seminar speaker, podcasts and series on platforms like YouTube, amplifies her message of hope, reaching a global audience with the gospel’s transformative power. She greatly enjoys time with her husband, kiddos, grandkids, a round of golf, boating on lakes, Kayaking on rivers, and trying to grow a green thumb as a novice gardener.
